Q: What printer do we recommend for the label printing? Client has Seiko 100 S2 and wants to use it.  We have tried it on two versions of Focus and it DOES NOT WORK BUT it works with the Seiko software that came with it. 

A: Older generation label printers work only with the software that comes with the printer. All the label reports in Focus Reports version 5 are designed for Dymo LabelWriter printers. Focus Reports will work with other label printers that have a standard Windows driver, but Dymo LabelWriter printers are recommended for out-of-the-box compatibility.
