Focus Reports is compatible with MediSoft version 8 when properly installed and configured.

• MediSoft version 6 or 7 must be uninstalled before installing version 8
• MediSoft version 8 must be launched, the root data path selected, and a practice opened before installing Focus Reports
• Focus Reports must be reinstalled, selecting the installation procedure for MediSoft version 7 (in Focus Reports version 1.32 and earlier) or MediSoft version 8 (in Focus Reports version version 1.33 and later).

All support issues with Focus Reports and MediSoft version 8 have been traced to installations where both MediSoft version 7 and 8 were installed on the same computer.
