Q: You can see focus reports in MediSoft only if you are logged on under the main windows admin account.  If you're logged in remotely as any other user, connected to the same computer, you cannot see focus.  We'd like for everyone to be able to see them.  How can we do this?

A: Install Focus Reports while logged in as the user who cannot see Focus Reports on the MediSoft menu. The MediSoft menu settings are stored for each Windows user login. Since these settings are not shared between users, installing Focus Reports for each user places the selection on the MediSoft menu for the logged-in user.
