"Not Responding" while importing reports

When entering Focus Reports for the first time, the program imports all of the newly installed reports.  All of the reports which are using customized SQL must be checked against the Medisoft database.  If the current database is very large it will appear that the importing process is "not responding."  One solution is to just wait for the importing to go all of the way through, which may take up to several minutes.  A second solution is to:

1) Cancel out of the import process (Ctrl + Alt + Del and "End Task")

2) Open Medisoft, go to "File / Open Practice..." and open the Tutorial Data.

3) Open Focus Reports and the import should finish quickly
