Focus Reports will print reports on any Windows-compatible printer installed and usable on the computer running Focus Reports. This includes local and network printers.
The local computer's default printer is used as the default printer for Focus Reports. An alternate printer can be selected at the time a report is printed.
If a printer is not available for printing a report in Focus Reports, verify that the Windows printer driver is installed an/or reinstall the driver.
