| To Use The Knowledge Base
Search
Enter your search term and click the Search button. You can search for dates, words, or article IDs. Further control your search by selecting All Words, Any Word or Exact Phrase from the drop-down list. Entering a date in MM/DD/YYYY format will search for all articles created or modified since a particular date.
Browse
Click a category name to view the sub-categories and articles it contains. To open an article click on its title.
